Cassandra Smith joined HDR UK as Head of Legal in March 2021. Cassandra brings experience from the technology sector, having been Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon prior to joining HDR UK.
Cassandra trained at international law firm Dentons and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. She has advised large multinational companies across a range of sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, retail, media and telecoms. She holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from Oxford University, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The College of Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from Oxford University.
