Elliott Westhoff is an experienced manager of, as well as a service user of health and social care services. He was born with a congenital heart defect which has involved regular contact with the NHS. This has fuelled his passion for helping others and improving services. Elliott is particularly interested in the access of data to improve patient outcomes, but mostly to create a better experience for patients as they navigate the vast disjointed health service.

In Elliott’s professional capacity he has a decade of experience leading services in health and social care, in both public and private sector settings with a current role as Deputy Head of Transformation at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Elliott is a former Patient Governor of an NHS Foundation Trust in Bristol and currently lives in London.
