Loki Sinclair joined Health Data Research UK (HDR UK) as Head of Development in November 2022. Loki has vast experience both as a software developer and development team manager in his career spanning 30 years.
Loki comes to us from Ricardo AEA Ltd, responsible for developing and managing three teams of mixed disciplines who built scenario modelling tools and web applications which allowed detailing changes in industry and how that would affect the climate crisis. During this time, he worked closely with the European Commission and UK Government on several projects to combat climate change. He holds many software engineering certifications, but most notably: Scrum Mastery, KCAD (Kubernetes Certified Application Developer), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and MCSD (Microsoft Certified Software Developer).
