Philip Scott is Reader in Health Informatics at the University of Portsmouth and Digital Healthcare Architect at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust. Philip is Deputy Editor, BMJ Health & Care Informatics, serves on the Boards of PRSB and HL7 UK and is Chair of BCS Health & Care and the EFMI Evaluation Working Group. Philip has worked in health and care informatics for over twenty-five years. Philip is coordinating the joint FCI-BCS working group on computable biomedical knowledge in collaboration with Jeremy Wyatt.
