Having obtained my Master’s degree in biochemistry from Oxford University, I remain curious about the biological processes which contribute to the onset of diseases. I also appreciate the importance of applying several data science techniques when analysing datasets in order to comprehensively understand such diseases, and to in turn provide effective treatment. I am therefore excited to refine my programming and statistical analysis skills during this internship in an attempt to determine how different variables influence the type of treatment received, and I hope to connect with those who share an interest in advancing the health sector in the process.
