Toby has been Deputy Director of Transformation at ICHT since September 2019, having spent over 8 years in healthcare strategy in both the commissioning and acute setting. He started his career in the NHS as a trainee on the NHS Management Graduate Scheme following completion of his masters in Leadership and Service Improvement at the University of Manchester. He also holds a Masters in Health Inequalities and Public Policy, and a BSc in Medical Biology, both from the University of Edinburgh.
