Zach’s role is to provide essential data management and curation to support research within the national Trusted Research Environments.
Most recently, Zach worked at DATA-CAN, the HDR UK Research Hub for Cancer and at NHS Digital. As a Biomedical Engineer, he has developed orthopaedic medical devices and has had a role in manufacturing self-adhesive disposable electrodes for defibrillators. Zach has a PhD which studied Machine Learning (ML) in Medical Imaging and Computational Biomechanics, from the University of Leeds, UK.
Zach is passionate about the combination of research, software and hardware technologies and applying these to improve health and social care.
