Project Description

Radiomics is the high-throughput extraction and analysis of quantitative image features (e.g. texture), offering potential solutions for tumour characterization and decision support. In the search for diagnostic oncological markers, to achieve this, the primary aim of this project is to study the application of MR image based texture analysis (TA) for the classification of paediatric brain tumours and further apply this to adult brain tumours. The project will investigate the use of Radiogenomics.
