Health Data Research UK is working in partnership with the British Heart Foundation and NHS stakeholders across the UK to create a new centre for cardiovascular data science.  This major initiative will provide the data science required to propel the UK to become the best, learning cardiovascular health system in the world.

We will partner with the NHS, including national data custodians such as NHS Digital and its equivalents in the devolved nations.  The initiative will apply expert data engineering to exiting rich data assets required to better understand the molecular and environmental determinants of cardiovascular disease.  It will develop the expertise required to curate diverse cardiovascular population data to improve health and narrow cardiovascular health inequalities.
