The Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute is a department of the University of Cambridge, core funded by Cancer Research UK. We are tackling the most difficult problems in cancer to improve patient outcomes. By understanding the full complexity of cancer, we hope that by 2034, 3 in 4 cancer patients survive their disease. Our 21 research groups primarily focus on genomics, computational biology, imaging, and cancers arising in the breast, pancreas, brain, and colon, and are supported by 13 core facilities which provide access to state-of-the-art equipment, in-house expertise, and training.
