- Inter-regional development of methods and applications of ‘whole hospital’ data approaches to inform clinical practice, health policy, and research, to complement work across the regions.
- Develop specific ‘methods pilots’ and ‘pathfinder projects’ to demonstrate and understand the use of whole-system approaches for research, clinical practice and policy.
- Identify partner hospitals which have permissions and capabilities for whole hospital analyses, to demonstrate the possibilities of these novel approaches.
- Build partnerships across the regions and deliver better research and care through engagement activities and workshops.
